Hi, I play poker professionally, currently in the 1000NL streets and I'm a GTOWizard coach. I come from playing games like MtG, Hearthstone and others at high competitive level.
My view of the game is somewhat different than the mainstream and that is reflected in my play and coaching styles. I've spent thousands of hours studying with solvers and learning the inner workings of the game so that I can use them to design very exploitative strategies that attemp to make the most money in every situation.
- First session is almost always a database review where we look at your leaks and help you fix them. This is unless you have a specific end in mind for it, in that case, we will start there.
- From then on, and depending on how many lessons you book and what part of your game needs more work, we will do theory + hand review sessions, where I spend some time explaining the theory (including but not limited to my amazing Paint sketches) of the spot in question and how every variable affects strategies and then we will spend the rest and/or more sessions reviewing hands of that spot to reinforce good thought patterns.
I will usually give you some 'homework' as well (Really just my recommendations for how to improve at any weaknesses I see in your game)
